- Call us. Establish service. Receive host code and guest codes along with conference dial-in numbers to connect to the conference; and easy instructions for call management features.
- Schedule your call. Tell us when you would like your conference to take place.
- Notify your guests. Advise guests the day and time of the call and provide them with their guest code and instructions. (We supply these to you via e-mail for forwarding.)
- We bill your credit card. Your credit card will be charged after the conference ends, per the rates above.**
