I have not personally used the service, however, other members of our staff have used it and there have been no problems or complaints - a very good sign since I only hear about problems. Everyone liked the fact that there was no formal set up and that the two of our staff that usually work from home could use it as easily as those in our office. So it looks like a "thumbs up" for the service, everyone is pleased. I would be happy to recommend this service to anyone, especially those who want an easy-to-use conferencing system that is also affordable.
